U.S. CIS Information

United States Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS)

The USCIS is an agency of the United States Department of Homeland Security. The department regulates all matters pertaining to immigrants and non-resident aliens. International students holding F-1 visas and their families are considered non-resident aliens.
