Rhonda Anderson

Dean, University College

The Dean of University College is the chief operating officer of the nontraditional (adult) degree programs and outreach centers of the university.

Dean Anderson began her career with Northwood in 1986 as an Admissions Counselor on the Michigan campus. In 1990, she became the Lansing Program Center Manager for University College. In 1997, she left University College and became the Associate Dean of the DeVos Graduate School of Management. In 1998, she returned to University College as Associate Dean of Administration and in May 2003 was named Dean and Chief Operating Officer of University College. Dean Anderson holds a BBA in marketing and management from Northwood University, an MBA from the DeVos Graduate School of Management and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Education from Wayne State University.
