Sign*A*Rama / EmbroidMe

Ray Titus, President of Sign*A*Rama and EmbroidMe, is the son of franchise pioneer Roy Titus, founder of Minuteman Press International, Inc., who along with Ray, co-founded Sign*A*Rama. The successful family franchise business has had a great influence on Ray and helped direct his career. With the growth of the family business, Ray went straight from Florida Southern College to a position as Marketing Representative with Minuteman Press.

After assisting his father in the establishment of Sign*A*Rama in 1987, Ray was named Executive Vice President of the company and became President in 1995. Ray has been with Sign*A*Rama since its inception and has guided the company from a one-store retail outlet to the World’s Largest Full-Service Sign Franchise. Presently, Sign*A*Rama has over 700 stores in 30 countries. Sign*A*Rama’s phenomenal growth in the United States has lead to expansion into Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Panama, Guam, Puerto Rico, France, China, Italy, and South Africa, just to name a few.

Ray also established another great franchise system called EmbroidMe. EmbroidMe is a full service embroidery, screen-printing and promotional products franchise. EmbroidMe was established in 2000, and Ray has directed the explosive growth of EmbroidMe from just one company-owned store to now approaching 200 stores in 3 countries.

Ray Titus is affiliated with many organizations. He is primarily involved with the following: Board of Directors Junior Achievement of the Palm Beaches; President and Board of Directors of the Franchisor Association of Florida; International Franchise Association Chairman for CEO/President Forums, South Florida; and Franchise Education Strategic Advisory Board at NOVA Southeastern University.

In December 2004, he was recognized by Northwood University as the Palm Beach County recipient of the 2004 Arthur E. Turner Excellence in Entrepreneurship Award. Ray joined the Florida Board of Governors in January 2005.

Ray lives with his wife Andrea, and their three boys, A.J., Austin and Andrew in West Palm Beach, Florida. He enjoys playing basketball, tennis, and spending time with his family.
