Patrick Stracuzzi
Broker/Owner
The Patrick Stracuzzi Real Estate Team
Stuart, Florida

Patrick Stracuzzi started his career working in his father’s construction company building homes. At the age of 22, after a near fatal automobile accident, Patrick had to find a less physical way to earn a living. As a result of being disappointed by a realtor’s attempt to sell his home, Patrick decided to enter the real estate profession where he was determined to do it better.

Today, after 15 years in the profession, Patrick Stracuzzi is ranked in the top 30 realtors nationwide by Realtor Magazine. He is also a motivational speaker and has made numerous presentations to international audiences. His independently-owned company, The Patrick Stracuzzi Real Estate Team, has consistently achieved top sales numbers. In 2004, the company was involved in 588 transactions leading to $217.8 million in sales.

Mr. Stracuzzi believes in giving back to the community that has been so generous to him. He supports more than 50 not-for-profit organizations on the Treasure Coast personally, through his company, and through his own private foundation, The Patrick Stracuzzi Family Foundation. Some of these organizations include: the American Cancer Society, American Heart Association, American Lung Association, American Red Cross, Habitat for Humanity, Humane Society of the Treasure Coast, Knights of Columbus, Martin Memorial Foundation, Project Graduation Foundation, and the Visiting Nurse Association. Mr. Stracuzzi is also a member of the Board of Directors of Hibiscus Children’s Center Foundation which benefits neglected and abused children.

Patrick Stracuzzi and his wife Susan, whom he has known since high school, have been married for 20 years and have four children who range in age from two to 19 years old.

Stracuzzi was the Martin County 2004 recipient of the Arthur E. Turner Excellence in Entrepreneurship Award.
