Margaret "Midge" Reichert

Midge is the Director of Career Services at the Florida campus. She earned her MS degree in Human Resource Development at Palm Beach Atlantic University in West Palm Beach, Florida. With over 20 years of Human Resources experience, and 13 years of teaching at the university level, she focuses on Career Advising and Development for students, alumni, and employees.
Midge serves as a consultant for a number of non-profit organizations. She is an active member of the HR Association of Palm Beach County, and a past member of the Board of Directors of the South Florida Chapter of the American Society of Training and Development, having served as VP of Community Outreach, and Director of Membership.
Midge is the proud Mom of two daughters and is active in her community including her work in animal advocacy. She enjoys her two cats and walking to the beach with her recently rescued "Pound Puppy", Rosie!

Greg serves as the Director of Career Services on the Michigan campus. He earned both his BA in Journalism with an emphasis in Public Relations and his MS in Educational Leadership from Central Michigan University. He has been with Northwood University for over 14 years serving as Admissions Counselor, Director of Admissions, and adjunct faculty member.
Greg brings a diversified collection of work experiences to career advising. Adding in his higher education background, Greg is able to powerfully understand the needs of employers, alumni, and assist students to promoting their own pre-graduate work experiences in the best possible manner.
Greg is an alumnus of Leadership Midland, a former board member of the Midland County Gang & Prevention Network, and has served in several volunteer leadership roles with the United Way of Midland County. He currently is the Division Chair for the 2014 annual campaign. He and his wife reside in Midland with their two daughters.

Beth leads all aspects of career services for students and alumni in the Adult Degree Program and DeVos Graduate School at the Michigan and Florida campuses and satellite locations. She received her bachelor's degree in Business Management from Northwood University, and an MS in Leadership from Central Michigan University.
Prior coming to Northwood, Beth worked for over 20 years in Management for Fortune 500 companies in various industries as well as founding her own career coaching company in 2008. Beth is passionate about helping students and professionals define a rewarding career path.
Beth serves on various boards in her community and supports organizations that enhance the quality of life for its youth and women, co-founding Girls on the Run of Saginaw Bay County. She enjoys spending time with friends and family, and her Jack Russell Terrier – Willy, jogging through the occasional marathon, writing, and traveling searching for the best food and life changing adventures!
