Greg serves as the Director of Career Advancement on the Michigan campus. He earned both his BA in Journalism with an emphasis in Public Relations and his MS in Educational Leadership from Central Michigan University. He has been with Northwood University for over 14 years serving as Admissions Counselor, Director of Admissions, and adjunct faculty member.

Greg brings a diversified collection of work experiences to career advising. Adding in his higher education background, Greg is able to powerfully understand the needs of employers, alumni, and assist students to promoting their own pre-graduate work experiences in the best possible manner.

Greg is an alumnus of Leadership Midland, a former board member of the Midland County Gang & Prevention Network, and has served in several volunteer leadership roles with the United Way of Midland County. He currently is the Division Chair for the 2014 annual campaign. He and his wife reside in Midland with their two daughters.

Beth leads all aspects of career advancement for students and alumni in the Adult Degree Program and DeVos Graduate School at the Michigan and Florida campuses and satellite locations. She received her bachelor's degree in Business Management from Northwood University, and an MS in Leadership from Central Michigan University.

Prior coming to Northwood, Beth worked for over 20 years in Management for Fortune 500 companies in various industries as well as founding her own career coaching company in 2008. Beth is passionate about helping students and professionals define a rewarding career path.

Beth serves on various boards in her community and supports organizations that enhance the quality of life for its youth and women, co-founding Girls on the Run of Saginaw Bay County. She enjoys spending time with friends and family, and her Jack Russell Terrier – Willy, jogging through the occasional marathon, writing, and traveling searching for the best food and life changing adventures!

Deborah serves as a key member of the Career Advancement Office as the Career Advancement & Internship Coordinator. In her role, Deborah is responsible for internship programming and supports student and alumni career counseling, career development and job readiness, career events, employer relations and the NU Career Network. She earned both a BBA with an emphasis in Management and a MBA from Walsh College.

Deborah brings a varied collection of work experiences to career advancement, including the Tier1 automotive supplier field. When the opportunity presented itself, she joined a team at Walsh College responsible for the design, development, implementation, and support of e-Learning programming. Years later, she helped Rochester College develop e-Learning practices, and she was also an adjunct instructor for the College of Science and Humanities at University of Phoenix. Deborah’s courses prepared new students for the rigor and pace of higher education.

Deborah is passionate about helping students discover the power of learning and the value of earning a degree in the 21st century workplace.
