Welcome to the NUIAS
Welcome to the 46th Annual Northwood University International Auto Show. This year we are Reinventing the Wheel. Our theme for 2009 focuses on the increasing consumer demands of the evolving market. The show will showcase vehicles that operate in harmony with nature, while providing the consumer with a new level of quality. Join the students of Northwood University in welcoming the Next Automotive Era.
This year is the toughest year for the show thus far; however, 2009 will be a breakthrough year. We have been forced to be more creative, more inventive, and do more with less. All of these things are going to make this show the most exciting in years.
Allow me to explain to you why I love the Northwood Auto Show, the Auto Show is how I found Northwood. My love for the show has grown over the last three years which has in turn led me to lead the show. Now I do not do this alone, 14 other students hold chairs on our executive board, from there, students are captains and team members for each vehicle brand. Our show is a corporate structure saturated with students. The Northwood Auto Show is the largest of its kind, the past three years we have drawn over 50,000 people and we are continuing to grow. Each year we have something new and different, from specialty and concepts models to daily drivers that the public is considering buying. The Northwood Auto Show has something for everyone.
As General Chair for this year's show I would like to personally welcome you. On behalf of Northwood University and the hundreds of students that operate the show, thank you for your support and we look forward to seeing you at the show.
