AndersonRhonda

As the Dean of University College, my colleagues and I welcome you to the seminar experience. The interaction that you will have with a variety of learners from different locations as well as the faculty, staff, community and business/industry speakers presents you with a valuable social and networking experience.

Experience the Campus Traditions
For many of you, this will be your first and perhaps only experience at one of Northwood’s traditional campuses. The opportunity provides you with a better understanding of the Northwood history and tradition.  Northwood University is much more than the specific program center you attend and exposure to that is important.

As the writer Katherine Butler Hathaway wrote: “A person needs, at intervals, to separate themselves from family and companions and go to new places.  They must go without their family in order to be open to influences, to change.”

I encourage you to take full advantage of this ‘interval’ and enjoy the seminar experiences offered in Florida, Maine, Michigan, and Texas.
