Financial Statement Analysis and Corrective Actions

Learn how to use the financial statements as a management tool. Determine how to take corrective action to improve dealership performance. The course is designed for Dealer Principals, General Managers, Business Managers, Bankers and Manufacturer's committed to assisting their Dealers.

Dealership Management Series

A series of five courses designed to provide the dealer a better understanding of dealership operations. Courses can be delivered over four consecutive days or as individual topic sessions.

Management Techniques

The course includes three components including Managing Human Resources, Merchandising Revisited, and Financial Management and Business Planning.

Financial Services

Designed for Business Office management, the course highlights how to make financial services a positive customer service center to further promote the dealership.

Parts Management

Designed to highlight both the retail and wholesale markets and how to turn your Parts department into a Profit Center.

Service Management

Highlights the importance of the Service Department, not only as a profit-generating department, but also as the primary customer satisfaction center that leads to repeat sales.

Dealership Accounting

Designed to teach how to track transactions through the system and how each department's activity impacts the overall financial stability of the dealership.

Highlights the vital role a successful used vehicle operation plays in the profitability of a dealership. Key elements include inventory planning and control and an integrated merchandising plan.

Northwood's Automotive Marketing Consulting
